This was a compliation album released by Sega which features remixes of songs from a number of Sega games—Ecco included! The whole reason I picked this up is because Spencer Nilsen produced a version of St. Gabriel's Mask from Songs of Time with full lyrics.
My copy has a Not For Resale stamp on it, meaning it was SEGA property in some capacity—either executive or given to staff/associates at some point in time.
